Our stay at the hotel was perfect for our border crossing into Colombia. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome despite our limited Spanish. It was conveniently located near restaurants and only a short taxi ride to the border. we had a hassle-free experience and would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful staff.

I had an amazing adventure trip and found the perfect hotel to stay. the location was ideal for exploring the nearby shops and parks. the friendly staff provided excellent service, helping me with everything I needed. the room was spacious, with a cozy bed and lots of blankets to keep me warm. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious, filling breakfast that gave me plenty of energy for my day ahead.
One thing that could have been improved was the lack of an elevator. the stairs were a bit tiring after a long day of exploring, but it was worth it for the comfortable and quiet stay.

The prices of this charming hotel are really affordable. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The location is great, with plenty of attractions and shops around the corner. The area is peaceful, perfect for a romantic escape. The staff was helpful and polite, always taking care of our requests. the WiFi connection was reliable and fast.
The hotel needs to fix some issues like the cleanliness in the shared areas. The breakfast is not very diverse, with a limited selection of dishes.

I had a positive experience during my recent stay at a hotel in Tulcan. The location of the hotel was very convenient, making it easy to get to both the bus station and the border. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel also had a reliable wifi connection, which was important for me. I would recommend this hotel for a decent option before a border crossing.

We stayed here before crossing the border into Colombia. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, despite our limited Spanish. Restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride to the border. Left early, so didn't have breakfast. it was perfect for our needs.
Would recommend this hotel.

Had a great night's rest before heading to the border. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is convenient for border crossings and nearby restaurants. the room was spacious and comfy with plenty of blankets to keep warm at night. Wifi was strong and reliable. Best aspects: the location was perfect as it was only a short taxi ride to the border and bus station. We were impressed with the spacious room and enjoyed using the reliable wifi.
The included breakfast could have been better as the bread rolls were stale. the hotel is a little old and could use some updates, but it served its purpose as a one-night stay before crossing the border.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short cab ride away from both the bus station and the border. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful, even though my Spanish is very limited. The room was incredibly spacious and the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. The hotel provided free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which worked flawlessly. The overall ambiance of the hotel was impressive, with its beautiful wood and tile décor and pleasant seating areas. There were also many shops and a lovely park nearby, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.
